These terms govern your access to and use of the CourseCraft Academy platform. Please read them carefully before enrolling in any course or using our services.

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or accessing any part of the CourseCraft Academy platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CourseCraft Academy.
You have the right to access course materials for which you are enrolled, receive fair and timely feedback on assessments, download your transcript and certificate upon completion, request support from the academy team, and request deletion of your account and associated data. You retain ownership of any original content you create as part of course assignments, while granting the academy a non-exclusive license to use your submissions for educational and assessment purposes within the platform.
All course materials — including lessons, videos, templates, quizzes, assessments, and downloadable resources — are the intellectual property of CourseCraft Academy and are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from course content without express written permission. Downloaded templates may be adapted for your own classroom teaching but may not be shared with non-enrolled individuals or published commercially.
You agree to complete all assessments honestly and independently. Submitting another person's work, sharing assessment answers, using unauthorized materials during tests, or engaging in any form of plagiarism violates these Terms. Violations may result in assessment invalidation, course removal without refund, and a notation on your academic record. Detailed policies are outlined on our Policies page.
You agree not to use the Platform to upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, disrupt its operation, or use automated systems to scrape or extract content. The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.
CourseCraft Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue course content, schedules, and features at any time. While we strive to provide advance notice of significant changes, we are not liable for any disruption to your learning experience caused by such modifications. Course access is granted for 12 months from enrollment, after which materials may be archived. Extensions may be requested through the support team.
Your personal information — including name, email, and assessment results — is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use this data to provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your enrollment, and issue certificates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
CourseCraft Academy provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of educational opportunity, or any other commercial or personal damages.
CourseCraft Academy may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, academic integrity breaches, or unlawful use of the Platform. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting the support team. Upon termination, your right to access course materials and the community forum ceases immediately, though your completed certificates and transcripts remain available for download.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or platform features. We will notify enrolled users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date below indicates when these terms were last revised.
